These Terms of Sale govern all orders, quotes, and transactions between the customer (“Client”) and Grizzly Steroids. By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

I. Contract Formation & Orders

  1. Product Specifications & Analysis: Certificates of Analysis (COA), product specifications, catalog details, and technical documentation are authoritative overviews designed for educational and informational awareness. They do not constitute an explicit legal warranty unless certified in writing by a authorized Grizzly Steroids representative.

  2. Proprietary Rights: Grizzly Steroids retains full ownership of all digital assets, proprietary documentation, logos, and promotional materials. Unauthorized distribution of our materials to third parties is prohibited.

  3. Binding Agreements: Orders submitted via the website are subject to review and confirmation. Electronic confirmation without a physical signature constitutes a binding contract upon receipt.

  4. Order Cancellations: If an order is canceled unilaterally by the Client after dispatch or processing has commenced, the Client is responsible for covering all incurred administrative, logistics, and non-refundable third-party transaction fees.

II. Shipping, Delivery & Stock Availability

  1. Courier Selection: Unless a specific transit method is selected during checkout, Grizzly Steroids reserves full discretion over courier selection (air express or ground transit) to optimize delivery speed and discretion.

  2. Shipping Points & Fees: Products are dispatched from our US facilities. Current shipping rates are displayed during checkout. Orders exceeding $250 qualify for free express courier delivery.

  3. Inventory & Stock Limits: All fulfillments are subject to product availability (“while stocks last”). Grizzly Steroids reserves the right to cancel or refund orders if stock limits are reached.

  4. Returns & Credit Adjustments: Due to the specialized nature of our catalog, returns and credit adjustments require prior approval and must follow strict packaging and handling instructions provided by support.

III. Delivery Conditions & Timelines

  3. Delayed Delivery Rights: In the event of an unexpected transit delay exceeding 4 weeks beyond the estimated window, the Client may request an order status review or reshipment evaluation.

  4. Peak Period Exceptions: Delays resulting from major national holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc.) or regional customs inspections are outside our immediate operational control.

IV. Prices & Cryptocurrency Payment

  1. Accepted Cryptocurrencies: Grizzly Steroids accepts Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (TRC-20 & ERC-20), Litecoin (LTC), and other major altcoins.

  2. Promotional Incentives: Orders paid via select primary crypto options like Bitcoin may qualify for immediate promotional discounts or free shipping tiers.

  3. Fee Responsibility: The Client agrees to cover any network gas/miner fees required to ensure the exact order total is received by our processing wallet.

V. Risk of Loss & Transfer

  1. Transfer of Risk: The risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to the Client once the shipment is handed over to the courier service or leaves our fulfillment facility.

  2. Delivery Obligations: The Client is responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Grizzly Steroids is not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect submission of recipient details.

VI. Customer Eligibility & Compliance Requirements

By placing an order with Grizzly Steroids, the Client explicitly confirms and warrants that:

  • Age Requirement: They are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity.

  • Knowledge & Safety: They possess the necessary educational background and practical knowledge regarding safety protocols, handling, and storage of athletic performance compounds.

  • Prohibited Use: Products obtained will not be used for illegal activities, illicit manufacturing, or harmful misapplication.

  • Local Compliance: The Client is responsible for verifying that their ordered items comply with local regulations and regional import laws in their destination jurisdiction.

VII. Privacy Protection

Grizzly Steroids collects only the minimal necessary data required to process orders and verify fulfillment. Customer data is encrypted, never sold, and never shared with third-party tracking institutions or marketing lists. Clients maintain the right to delete their order accounts at any time.
